Visual Identity Services
At LORO DESIGNS CA LLC, we are thrilled to offer our expertise in developing your brand’s visual identity. We are dedicated to crafting a unique and visually appealing identity for your brand. However, please note that our services do not cover the creation or registration of your brand’s name, nor its availability for trademark registration.
Brand Name Development
We want to clarify that brand name development is not included in our services. If you need assistance in this area, we are more than happy to help you connect with trusted professionals who can support you in this process.
Client Absence
We understand that time is valuable, and for a smooth project flow, client involvement is crucial. If a client remains unresponsive for more than two months, the project will be canceled without refund. We strongly encourage active participation throughout the design process to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
Refund Policy
At LORO DESIGNS CA LLC, we take pride in our work and strive to exceed our clients’ expectations. However, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Revisions
We are committed to client satisfaction, offering up to 3 revision rounds per design. Additional revisions beyond the included sessions will incur an extra fee of $55 USD per round. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final result.
Data Privacy
We value your privacy. All data shared with us will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and safeguarded against unauthorized access.
Project Delivery
We are dedicated to delivering your project on time, provided there is active collaboration. Working together ensures a successful outcome and a final product that aligns with your expectations.
Post-Delivery Changes
Should you wish to make any modifications after the project has been completed, additional fees will apply.
Copyrights
We respect intellectual property rights. Upon final payment, the full copyright for the project will be transferred to you. However, we retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio for future business promotion.
Portfolio Use
We are proud of the work we do and reserve the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio to showcase our capabilities to future clients.
Pricing Transparency
Our prices are final and transparent. We believe in full clarity regarding the costs involved in your project.
Printing and Production
Please note that our pricing does not include printing or production of physical items. These costs will need to be arranged separately.
File Delivery
The original files (including formats such as .jpg, .png, .pdf, .ai, among others) will only be delivered once the full payment has been made. Under no circumstances will original files be provided until the agreed payment is completed.
Text Writing Services
Our visual identity service does not include brand copywriting. If you require assistance in this area, we can recommend reliable copywriters to help ensure your brand’s messaging is consistent and impactful.
Terms and Conditions for Website Projects
Price and Payments
The agreed price for our web design and development services does not include certain additional expenses such as domain cost, web hosting plans, plugins, or other external applications necessary for the functionality of the site. However, we will be happy to guide you in connecting your payment card to facilitate the process and ensure everything is in order.
Refunds
At LORO DESIGNS CA LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality work and exceeding our clients’ expectations. However, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Client Absence
We understand that time is essential for the success of any project. If the client remains absent or unresponsive for more than two months, the project will be canceled without the right to a refund. For this reason, we recommend that the client be available throughout the design process to ensure smooth communication and the successful completion of the project.

Additional Services Not Included
Our web design and development services do not include content writing or translation services. If you need assistance with writing or translation, we can recommend specialized collaborators in these fields. We recommend investing time in these aspects, as the quality of the content is crucial to the success of your website.
Multi-Language Pages
If you wish for your website to be available in more than one language, please note that this will incur an additional cost. The service includes page duplication, design adjustments, and the necessary technical configuration to ensure the site functions correctly in both languages. We would be happy to provide you with a personalized quote for these requirements.
Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy and the security of your data are our priority. All the information you provide will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without your express consent, except when necessary to complete the project. We are committed to taking all necessary measures to protect the security of your information.
Project Delivery
We are committed to delivering your website within the agreed timeline, as long as the necessary information and feedback are provided in a timely manner. Delivery time may vary depending on the project’s complexity, so we ask that you maintain continuous and smooth communication with us to ensure the project is delivered on time.
